
Control of Test Sieve Shakers within Quality Assurance.
The standard ISO 9000 ff requires measuring instruments to be serviced and checked at regular intervals. The oscillation movements of test sieve shakers have an important influence on the sieving result. They are therefore regarded and treated as measuring instruments.
HAVER & BOECKER offers the opportunity to examine the operation, reliability and working condition of HAVER Test Sieve Shakers EML 200, EML 300, EML 400, EML 450, UWL 400, and TYLER® RO-TAP.
The equipment is subjected to an operating test at our workshop or on-site. During the tests the characteristic amplitude curve of the test sieve shaker is determined and if necessary reset. The customer is informed, if there are important deviations that need to be corrected. In addition an electrical inspection is carried out and the reliability and mechanical operations are checked.
Assessment for the Test Sieve Shaker:
After a succesful inspection the test sieve shakers receive an inspection seal and an inspection certificate 3.1 according to EN 10 204. In case of unacceptable deviations or defects, a cost estimate for the repair is submitted to the customer.
Only clean Test Sieve Shakers can be checked.
Cleaning of Test Sieve Shakers by us is not possible.
Test Sieve Shakers have to be free from any contaminations!
