"The former hall of a bank is now used by the municipality for the highly customer oriented service departments "community office" and "vehicle licensing".
Both are working separately from each other and have their own flow of customers. To minimize disruptions in either office area, a guiding structure was designed in the center of the room (entrance with separate access for each office, partition).
The central partition curves as a guidance line between the "community office" and "licensing" areas. It separates the areas functionally without fully dividing the room."
